First time staying at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the room was extra clean to the highest standard, the staff were efficient, attentive and very kind! The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a 24 hr Dennys at a walking distance, 8 minutes to Universal, free parking and simply made our stay memorable one. Thank you Hilton!

The property has recently completed a full renovation. It felt like I was walking into a brand new hotel. Very convenient to Universal and shopping, and has quite a few options for restaurants in the immediate area.

One of the front staff (black guy) was not kind and we felt uncomfortable as it was thought like racism. The room was clean and quite big, however we could not sleep well because of the light from the outside as there was no black out curtain at the window. The hotel was at a very good location for shopping.

Great hotel and location for the parks- especially Universal. Friendly and attentive staff; pool area and tiki bar were great too. A shame that so much building work was going on- it was quite noisy at times, but I’m putting this down to exceptional circumstances.

Hotel was great, but that was something off at the breakfast ladies working at the breakfast station kept coming to the table multiple times, each time one different lady telling us tips are not included with the breakfast that was extremely annoying never experienced that before, even in cheaper hotels and after that the main lady at the breakfast station came back to the table and told me i had to fill up a form after breakfast i will tell you, that's very annoying to be harassed for tips in your breakfast who deserves this in their breakfast time? Please revisit your policies at that hotel, cause i am sure these ladies at the breakfast station are annoying a bunch of guest everyday

The hotel and room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and freindly. $6 Lyft ride to and from Universal Studios so no need to deal with parking and fees at the park.
