Reaching management company by phone was near impossible. The day my family of ten arrived at 4:20 to find the property a mess and two cleaners on site telling me that it would be another two hours was the start. After being disconnected after being on hold for ten minutes on the "emergency" line I called back and after another ten minutes I finally spoke to someone who told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and I could have a late checkout on day of departure for the inconvenience. Since I saw the inside of the house I told her that would be impossible unless there were others coming to help and that my family would go to dinner to allow the house to be properly cleaned because I did not want it cleaned halfway. Of course when we arrived back the house had not been properly cleaned. Floor was in dire need of a mop, kitchen counters and sink were dirty as well as back sliders and all appliance fronts. I own Oceanfront properties that I rent out and my management company never would have allowed that. I paid for the heater to be turned on in the pool and that was not done until 3 days in and after repeated attempts to reach someone by phone. I finally got a reply to an email. It's very frustrating trying to reach a company when you are left on hold an average of 15 minutes then disconnected and having to call back again! This unit is in need of a cleaning, from thick dust on baseboard to mold on EVERY single shower and tub and under the rims of EVERY sink in this house. Most of remotes need batteries, no lamp in either sitting area, lamps in two bedrooms have shorts in the wires that make lights blink on and off, one bedroom lamp needs a light bulb, kitchen drawer is busted, towel racks in the bathrooms are pulled out of the wall and just dangling, door frame of the upstairs hall closet is busted at the bottom, dresser drawers are missing knobs, air filter is black and in need of changing. The sheets were clean but the bed pillows are disgusting and need to be replaced as well as the comforters had to be washed before we could use them. When I googled the company name in an attempt to get a different number in hopes that someone would answer I found all of the negative reviews and wished I would have seen them on VRBO before we chose to rent from this company. This is a beautiful home in a great location that is just not being taken care of. I expected more for the price I paid.
