Clean but ant infestation was a big nuisance
The property appeared clean upon arrival. Just a few minor maintenance issues- broken/bent blinds, slider screen, cracked refrigerator shelf, etc. Quickly noticed small ants crawling around baseboards and on counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Constantly battled the ants which was very frustrating. Had to keep all food in fridge and keep surfaces immaculate. Should be treated before next guests arrive.

I love this resort
We come to vista cay every year for vacation: the company is great for keeping this tidy and available to guests on the property. It has tons of amenities and is family friendly. We look forward to coming again next year.

Good location
The property was clean and centrally located. Check in / check out process was very easy. It was fine for my family, but renters should keep in mind that you must climb stairs to get to the main living area and two of the bedrooms.
