Lovely condo
We enjoyed our stay very much. The checkin process was easy and the condo was lovely! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had an incident with the shower door and the front desk addressed it immediately with a phone call. The location of the resort is perfect for several fun attractions. We also loved the Publix and restaurants adjacent to the resort, especially The Diner.

Beautiful place to stay
Our unit was great - very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. There is easily room for a family or 2 couples with a good size bedroom and large bathroom for each. The large washer/dryer are great! There is a grocery store right across the street for stocking up though the kitchen only has the basics for pots/pans/utensils/dishes. I'm wowed when hosts leave a variety of spices, that is not the case here - just pepper & soggy salt. Bring your own if you plan to cook - there is not much in the way of places to eat within walking distance. Walgreen's is also available at the site. The property is well maintained with multiple pools. It is about a 25 minute walk to the convention center with sidewalks available. Uber was always available within 3 minutes and the location has really quick access to major roadways. All in all, we would stay here again!

Vista cay is great - this unit is meh
This is clearly an older unit. Cabinets paint is peeling in bathrooms and kitchen. Freezer part of refrigerator does not like to stay shut so, if you do not watch it, melting starts quickly. One of the drawers in fridge is totally missing the glass so shelf not useful and drawer is pointless. Couch has big stains. Phone is just always off the hook and line is open so that's disconcerting. Mattress in second bedroom is hard and really could use a replacement. Need darker curtains for sleeping. Remotes for TVs are missing backs. Drawers in bedrooms and kitchen stick really bad. As for check-in, poor guy working desk was slammed. No one else there to help him and he had a line. Then gate code didn't work at gate so everyone that checked in went right back to office for help. Check out is 10 am and vista cay person was knocking on the door at 9:45 and waited by the door until I left. Thankfully I was heading out the door anyway. Otherwise stay was fine. It was not my favorite place to stay this time. Description of lodging should say "this place is meh" or adequate at best.
