Lovely stay
Easy to find with its own driveway and address, this basement apartment is surprisingly light and bright, cheerfully decorated and with lots of thoughtful touches like cottonballs and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Shower works great and stays warm, a/c kept us cool and curtains helped us sleep well. There are people upstairs, so great of they are quiet. We had a problem at checkin with the code not working, but we got it resolved in time to stay o. Owner has good communication. Overall, would recommend to someone looking for a nice, clean and affordable stay in the area!

Great little place
This is a cozy daylight basement rental. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. You could hear the people upstairs a little bit but only during the daytime so it wasn't really a problem. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.

Great basement home
Cute, clean and comfy cozy. Had everything we needed. Loved all the towels/pool towels. Lots of places to charge phones including a charging station which was awesome! Ice machine and water from fridge was very nice too.

Perfect place!
This place was amazing! So beautiful and clean! Anything you could think of needing they had. Very organized. Backyard space and hot tub were so nice. Very comfortable experience. Don’t miss out on this place!

Lovely stay!!
My son and I had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Parking was easy, the basement apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. The beds were lovely and the smart tv was easy to navigate. We didn’t have a chance to use the inviting hot tub and play equipment but appreciated the space and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place
This was a very nice place to stay. The property was well kept, clean and just perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was quiet and centrally located to the places we visited. We really enjoyed our two nights here and highly recommend.

Dreamy little get away
I am so happy that I found this little place to stay. It was wonderful. So bright and cheery. Close to so many places to shop and eat. It was a great place to cook meals and wash laundry. The bed was comfy and the layout was great! So happy with my stay.
