There are people who just "live" there and their dogs are allowed to roam the property off-leash and will approach your leashed pets, even with being yelled at to get away. The shower was covered in wads of women's hair, like when you wash and it comes out and you stick it to the wall. Also in the tub and on the edges. The tub itself and coutnertops were still dirty from.the previous occupants. The spa and hot tub are halfway torn out but they don't even bother mentioning that anywhere. A lot of people wandering the property, some appearing to be heavy into drug use. It is very conveniently located and one of the employees was very helpful with recommendations.

The hotel does not supply shampoo or conditioner, just bar soap. Bring what you need or be prepared to go buy it. Free coffee is in the lounge in the morning. I was near an area where laundry baskets were pushed around all night. It was noisy. I could also hear the road from the back of the property. My room was cleaned well. The room I was in was in good condition overall. I had an issue with someone banging on doors and windows that woke me up in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, they investigated and the noise stopped. This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. You get what you pay for.

The only reason I have any complaint is the tv in one of the rooms didn’t work when we realized it they were busy doing a shift change & it would have taken a little while before they could get to it (understandable) so I asked if they could do it the next day. The lady going off of shift left a note for on coming staff about the tv. Nobody ever fixed it nor did they come to either of our rooms with new towels.

Expected bare bones on the amenities with the price. Wish we had a microwave and fridge but the room was clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet considering it's right off a busy highway. Conveniently located.

The price was amazing, especially comparing to the properties nearby, which cost twice as much. The receptionist was very nice and even let me book the room online in front of her before checking in to save another $20. The room was very clean and the location is great with restaurants nearby.
