"The staff was very helpful, and both the lobby and room were clean. However, the shower and shower curtain in my room weren’t functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a great variety of food, which I really enjoyed. Overall, my stay was great, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"The place was having remodeling, so it was not perfect, but my room was clean, and furniture was in good condition. Staff’s service was great! I forgot to buy water and the hostess gave me 3 cold bottle of water to my door after 10pm ( since most stores closed around the area)."

"My wife and I have stayed at both the Hampton Inn and nearby Holiday Inn. We prefer the Hampton as it’s cleaner, newer and nicer. Best hotel in Orange, TX. "

"There was a huge bug on the desk and the bathroom ceiling had caved in with a mess all over the toilet and floor! We immediately checked out and they would not give us a refund for that night.There were some scruffy looking guys cooking over a portable grill in the parking lot. One of the desk workers looked like she was dressed for mardi gras."
