I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this vacation home rental, and I must say it was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The most glaring issue was the complete lack of wifi, a basic necessity in this day and age. When I inquired about the absence of wifi, the response I received was utterly baffling. They claimed that wifi wasn't listed as an amenity, and their excuse was that the subdivision was new, so there was no availability. However, my neighbors in the same subdivision confirmed they had functional wifi – something clearly wasn't adding up. This lack of internet connectivity rendered all the nice TVs in the property useless. With kids and teenagers in tow, it made life incredibly difficult as entertainment options were severely limited. Attempting to explain this to the customer service only led to frustration. Not only were they unwilling to accommodate or rectify the situation, but their attitude was shockingly rude. Their suggestion to "read the ad more closely next time" was not only unhelpful but also insulting. As if the wifi debacle wasn't enough, the issues didn't stop there. The vacation home was devoid of even the most basic cleaning items, making it nearly impossible to maintain any semblance of cleanliness during our stay. Additionally, the water pressure was so weak that taking a decent shower felt like an exercise in futility. I implore any future guests to stay far away from this property.
