Perfect!!
This is a great place to stay, with a great big balcony, bar-height chairs and table, and 2 loungers. Cool microwave underneath the sink. Keurig coffee maker that can make either a carafe or a cup of coffee (bring your own coffee or K-cups). Good bed. Good sofas. Clean. Very close to the elevator.

Very Nice Condo
Condo was as advertised. Very cute and great for two people. Furniture on patio was awesome. Great view of the beach and Gulf with easy access. There are beach chairs available to use; this was a nice surprise. Might suggest placing a curtain over the shutters in the MBR; light from outside made it hard to tell if it was night time or early morning when sleeping. We would stay here again!

Stress free vaca!
The Phoenix was very clean and updated all around. There were many kind staff throughout the resort to help us during our stay. Our condo was just like the pictures in the listing; Clean, comfortable, with an amazing view! communication regarding parking pass, checking in and checking out, was through the Sands of Alabama Team. And I will say, this was extremely easy and they were very thorough on everything! We were very pleased with our stay and will be back soon!

Condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items to cook a full meal. The king size bed was comfortable. The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony.

Everything as advertised. Easy booking. It is tiny but cozy. Close to attractions and restaurants. Washer dryer helpful. Hot water set at lukewarm at best. Would do again with following: - bring toilet paper and a few extra towels - bring condiments. - bring beach chairs - bring kitchen trash bags. - bring laundry soap. These may have been available but unaware. Overall we had a good time and I would rent this place again.

Good room, but outdated condo
We just got back from our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and the door code being sent directly to my phone was great. The room was very nice. Kitchen was updated and a nice size bedroom and bathroom. The living room was spacious for three adults and one child. The balcony had a great view as well. There were some cons to this place. The condo was very outdated and needs some work, but that’s nothing the rental property has any control over. The railings on the balcony were more than 4 inches apart. My 4 year old could’ve easily slipped through them. It was concerning so she wasn’t allowed out on the balcony without someone being out there. There were two lounge chairs, but one was broken and unable to be used at all. The washer and dryer were small, but got the job done. Very little water pressure, but that’s with many condos. Not sure we’d stay here again, but we enjoyed it for the few days we were there!

Beach Getaway with Kids
My husband and I brought our 1 and 4 year old on their first beach vacation. This condo was perfect. The many gates in the pool/beach area helped us make sure the kids didn’t fall in the pool while we were packing beach toys. The room was clean, and the perfect size to corral our two small children. Our kids loved the indoor pool area, and we would book this condo again.

Wonderful stay!
Super convenient with a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Great view on the balcony. Very clean and well stocked. Local staff was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Nice Condo. May want to book through onsite company
Stayed here for our 29th wedding anniversary. No complaints about the condo other than the loud washer and dryer. Unfortunately my wife left her jewelry bag and clothing in the nightstand when we left and it appears we have lost her wedding ring. We have learned that if you don't book through the company onsite, they do not really want to help you. They like to make it clear you booked through Vacasa, call them. We have made several attempts to get help in possibly finding the items left but so far no one really seems concerned enough to help. I understand. It was our fault. I just had some hope the right person would return it. We are devastated.

Perfect condo
This place was absolutely perfect!!! The only complaint I have was the slight smell of urine in the bathroom. It just needed to be cleaned a little bit better. If that had been done I would have ZERO complaints! Plan on coming back soon!

I will say this condo is clean and updated. The balcony is beautiful. My issues were with the on-site staff. I didn’t read the fine print about paying for parking, so a note was left on our car. No big deal after breakfast we figured we would figure out where to go to get a pass. When returning from breakfast the security guard was extremely rude. He didn’t want to let us in even after we showed him the paper and where asking where to get the pass. He continued to raise his voice at us. He basically called us a liar that there wasn’t an online check in etc. Due to this experience alone I will not be returning.

The property was fine but there were several cleaning issues. The bed had a comforter w dirt on it, but much worse was the bedsheet which was disgusting on one side. There was also a used pair of bikini bottoms hanging on the hook of the bedroom door.

Wonderful beach area. Restaurants within walking distance and short drive to groceries. Only flaw was it didn’t have beach towels or any condiments (I.e not salt or pepper). Also could use some basic supplies like scissors and pen and paper. Did have toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Also, beach chairs and boogie boards
