We love the C building on the east side of Turquoise place. There's not a better view in Orange Beach! I love seeing the sunrise and the view from there is 100% unobstructed! We had everything we needed at the property but when we did go places, it was an easy access to most everything! Orange Beach at Turquoise Place is my favorite place to be!

Great condo - horrible condo management
Condo was as described, however there were several issues when we arrived. - Vanity lights in the bathroom did not work - Dryer broken. Were told part was on order and provided a workaround that did work. Was told mid-week that they were replacing dryer and it would arrive after we checked out. This is an essential requirement for a condo this size. Solutions Liquid Life (LL) (mgmt co.) provided: - We go to a laundry mat and do it ourselves - 48-hour laundry service. I asked for quicker turnaround and was told no. Neither solution was viable, as I’m not spending vacation time at a laundry mat, and 48 hours was too long (this was mentioned Tuesday afternoon and we left early Saturday) My requests: - drying racks. Was to go get one. local Walmart had none. They suggested I drive 20 minutes 1-way to the next Walmart to find one. - Again, not using vacation time to drive all over town to fix their issue. They did finally deliver 2 towel racks, however that did not work as there was too much laundry with that number of people and there was no air flow to dry it. One of the renters had to go to LL office to pick up a package. He asked to speak to the person that had been communicating with us, and she refused to come out of her office and was talking through the walls. Horrible customer service all around. Do not rent a condo managed by Liquid Life.

Great Property at Turquoise.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property except for issues with the TV in the family room, The TV was missing a component that would not allow it to be connected to Dish. I can not imagine that the management group or owner was unaware of this. We spent a lot of time trying to resolve. Other than that, absolutely great property.

One bedroom stayed hot as well as toilet and sink stopped up in same room and there was no tv remote in that room. Half bath sink stopped up. Expected more for what I paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very surprised at the condition of the basics that make a stay pleasant. We were thrilled with the fact we had a gas grill on the patio and brought food to cook out. Grill was completely rusted out and had been so for quite awhile. Couldn’t that have been mentioned early on? What appeared to be a substitute grill , looked like infrared, was awful. Also. Remotes on the five tv’s never worked. They sent a tech two different times but still never worked. Vent hood partially worked. Tiles in middle of floor buckled up. Views were incredible. Not sure why between rental agent and owner these obvious things couldn’t have been fixed. They obviously had been there awhile.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this same unit 1601C last year and LOVED everything about it. We choose the Turquoise resort because of the built in grills on each balcony. Upon arrival this year, our grill was broken (no knobs, no insides, totally destroyed) There was a "small Plug- in grill beside it. It was obvious this grill had not been in working order for some time but Liquid Life rented the unit to me for the full price..knowing not everything was in working order. When I was asked about my unit and if everything was satisfactory, I noted the broken grill I was told it was on back order. This did not help my situation at all and no other communication or resolution was offered. If the web page would have been accurate and honest, I could have chosen a different 4 bedroom unit and had access to a working grill. If I would have left the unit damaged upon leaving, I would be charged a damage fee...but apparently it is OK for Liquid Life to rent me a unit that was damaged when I walked in. This was quite disappointing to us because we enjoy cooking and staying in instead of dealing with the crowds and long wait times at restaurants. I will have to resort to a new rental company for our future vacations. This unit cost almost $11,000 for 7 days. I expect it to be in perfect working condition. A few other issues: we had to clean the coffee pot upon first use. It was disgusting. There were not any dish towels or dish rags. We went to Target to purchase our own. There were only 2 bath towels per bathroom so we had to wash towels often. Last year...none of these issues were a problem. I do not know what happened to this unit in the past year but it is not worthy of the cost any longer.

My bedroom had stains on the carpet and the blanket had bloody stains had to ask for a replacement. Nasty I slept covered with a blanket soiled blood! I know blood stains many times as a dental assistant

Lots of the amenities were a waste. Master bathroom sinks didn't drain, wine fridge cooled at 71 degrees, blenders didn't work, broken floor tiles, broken curtains, etc. This could be a beautiful condo if properly maintained.

Great condo
Front Desk clerks do not like to deal with renters from Liquid Life. If there is a problem with maintenance, they will do nothing except tell you to call Liquid Life because we didn’t rent from them. Otherwise, everything was great. Condo was fabulous!

Stunning Unit
My friends and I took a late beach trip this year and this unit was the perfect place for it. The condo is very well taken care of and was very clean. It had everything we needed to make large dinners. This experience was what every VRBO should be. The private grill and hot tub made the stay over the top and it is great that they come every three days to inspect/clean the hot tub. We will definitely consider staying here again next year.
