Work on Beach ruined our stay
I can't rate the property accurately because the work done on the beach through my entire stay ruined my stay. It was 24/7, loud and closed the beach so we literally could not access the beach. The whole point of a beachfront unit was to have easy access to the beach. In addition, the very loud (shoveling, beeping trucks, etc. all night long) noise ruined the relaxation of the views and the waves. The unit itself was fine, it's as listed on the stie. But the property managers did not disclose the work being done despite my calling ahead of time to ask if any work would be happening during my stay. I feel I was misled and lied to and it ruined my stay.

Great family vacation
The condo was perfect, except for the dirty kitchen floor when we arrived. Management offered to clean it, but we had already taken care of it by then as we had a one year old crawling around. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The place was nicely decorated, furniture was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching for dolphins.

Great property! Everything was tip top. Lots of space for 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Floors could use a good scrub. Our feet were black if we went barefoot inside.

Great for multiple couples or families!!
Upon entering the unit, we smelled the freshness!! We went straight to the kitchen to put away our groceries. There was more than enough room in the refrigerator, in the cabinets, & on the countertops. The bar area with a wine cooler was perfect for us; we were a group of three adult couples, so we made very good use of it!! We had everything we needed to mix our drinks & even cook a few meals! 😉 The living room area was wonderful! We each had our own recliner, and the arrangement was ideal for conversation & television viewing. The dining area had seating for eight, so it accommodated all of us with ease. Each of our couples had our own bedroom with en suite bathroom, giving us privacy & space for all of our belongings. All of the beds were comfortable, but the fitted sheets on the queen beds tended to slip up; they just needed deep pocket sheets. We did not feel this issue warranted a lesser rating. We took advantage of the extra bathroom off of the hallway when needed, & used the washer and dryer located there everyday. All areas of the condo were well-cleaned and nicely decorated!! Check-in at the gate, parking, access to the unit, & beach access were all very easy. We did have to wait on the elevators a bit sometimes, but it was not bad. We highly recommend this unit and encourage you to give it a try!! 😃

The Perfect Getaway!
The perfect location and everyone loves it. One step outside and you have all of the water you need. You can float the lazy River, swim in the pool, enjoy the hot tub or battle the waves at the beach. There is so much to do right there. We have no complaints and look forward to staying again.

Amazing views
I brought my mom here for a Mother’s Day getaway and it was wonderful. The views of the beach and lazy river were gorgeous! We loved the lazy river and indoor hot tub. The layout of the condo was great as well. It was only the 2 of us but we could’ve easily added 8 or more people comfortably. The location was close to everything. We will be back!

My husband and I brought our 5 children. we stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the great view from our room, the beach was so close we never packed a large cooler, and the indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts were fun activities as well.

It was a getaway to have some family time with my kids, mom and my niece and nephew and celebrate my moms bday!! My brother surprisingly tagged along at last minute.. first time my mom had both kids and all grandchildren together ever.. beautiful condo… Beds comfy .. beautiful sunrise (which is all my mom asked for) lots of card games on balcony along with bday cake..dolphins each morning.. stingrays also close to shoreline.. plenty of room for 7 of us.. too cool for lazy river for me but girls got in.. indoor pool/hottub good. Overall best experience EVER.. will be back.. hopefully same unit in future(this is the plan) Very clean.. very courteous and attention to “special details” by manager.. highly recommend without any reservations..

This is a beautiful, spacious condo on a nice property! Loved the views and loved our stay! Great communication from the property management. The pools were fun for the kids and we loved the easy access to the beach! One thing that was a little disappointing is that when the outside pools were closed for stormy weather that included lightning, they also closed the inside pools. We had not anticipated this - one reason we booked this property was because we thought we would always have a pool option no matter what the weather was like. This is not the responsibility of the owners, just the way the condo was built with connected pipes. Just wanted to mention it to others in case it was helpful information. But we truly loved our stay!
