"I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. Super helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival after midnight I expected everything to be closed up - but to my surprise they had top Belgian beers on tap for that welcome drink Staff should be commended for their attitude towards guests - I wish other hotels were like this. Well Done !"

"Great stay. Would have been better if we were told before hand that there would be a security deposit to be paid at check in. We were only aware of the £8ish tax fees. Had no communication via email before check in either. Other than that it was lovely. "

"A very comfortable, clean,warm room, with free parking and a good ,fresh breakfast. Not too far away from places to eat if required. What excellent value. It was our 2nd stay there and we will return"
