An amazing week in an amazing house!
Thanks to Laura (the host), we had a great vacation! The house was clean and well equipped. If we had questions or needed anything, Laura made sure to help us out. Her recommendations were amazing, and we had a blast while staying there. It's a quiet house with a great pool area. During our stay, we were surprised with home-made sweets by Laura's mom! Overall, we can't praise Laura and her family enough for providing us with the house and the everything around it! We would definitely come back!

Incredible house with incredible hosts
The pool really is as big as it seems in the pictures, and we made good use of it! We loved the outdoor kitchen, never used the one in the house. There are many beaches and outdoor activities within around 15 minutes by car. This review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention the great hosts - thank you Laura for your help and tips, and thank you Ivana for spoiling us with delicious desserts!

Not just a great house - also very welcoming family and great service
Pictures give you an idea of the house and pool and beautiful outdoor kitchen. You get exactly what you see, just that it is even more fantastic in real life. On top this is all hosted by an extremely nice family. They are very welcoming and help you very fast whenever there is an issue. I don‘t think it can better!

Amazing stay in a fantastic place
We spent 2 weeks in the villa an had a fantastic time. Ivana and her daughter Laura were the best hosts. They were always available and even prepared a few delicious meals for us. The villa is even better than expected. The garden with a kitchen, the tennis court and all the rooms were in perfect condition. There is a little supermarket on the other side of the street, a very good restaurant is just around the corner. Thanks again for a fantastic time. We will come back :-)

Lovely holiday home and amazingly friendly owners
We were a group of 8 adults and 1 child and had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The house looks even better in real than on the photos and everything is super clean. Even though we were really unlucky with the weather, we had a great and cozy time in Tugare. The house has everything you could ask for and there is a little supermarket right in front of the house. The tennis court is great. On the terrace and in the garden is lots of space for further activities, such as table tennis or a bit of soccer. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because of the outside temperature but even the look of it gave us a feeling of summer holiday. We would definitely come back. Again a special thanks to Laura and her mum for having us!

Fabulous!
We had an absolutely brilliant week staying in Tugare. This family run villa is fantastic and we will definitely return. Really clean, really good open space and also really good location for Omis which is stunning and has lots to do including white water rafting, boat trips to the islands and a zip line! There is a supermarket opposite as well as a cafe bar and pizza place just around the corner. Also an amazing restaurant in Naclice just a few km away which we took the bus too. Laura and her mother and father were so lovely ( grandparents also help). Nothing was too much to ask. They brought us over a full Croatian meal one evening which was so kind , they also brought us wine, cakes and other bits and pieces. Our 2 boys played tennis every day, they also played table tennis. The outdoor kitchen was also well equipped. Overall a really brilliant holiday and would thoroughly recommend!

Croatian Gem
We spent a wonderful week in Villa Delmati with family and friends. The Villa is huge and immaculately kept. The summer kitchen worked really well for us and we lived outdoors for the whole week. The pool was well used to say the least along with the full sized tennis court. Location wise, very well placed; 10 minutes from Omis and 25 minutes from Split. The coastal road south of Omis was spectacular with its turquoise seas and numerous beach and cove stopping points. During our stay we made a trip to Split, a day's boat trip to the island of Brac (truly unforgettable and would highly recommend) and had a fantastic meal in Naklice at Konoba Palacio which is 5 minutes drive But the stand out part of our trip has to be the hospitality shown to us by the owners who were fun, warm, welcoming and so helpful in sharing recommendations. A special mention to Laura for welcoming us late after a flight delay and also her top class organisation of the boat trip, which is an absolute must, and booking of the local restaurant on our last day in Tugare. Also to Laura's Mum for the special feast she cooked for our group during our stay. We had an unforgettable week in this Villa and we would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return here agin in future.

Die Villa war perfekt ausgelegt für 10-12 Personen. Platz ohne Ende und alles vorhanden was man so braucht im Alltag. Nur zu empfehlen. Gastgeber sehr Nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war Sie immer zu erreichen. Alles in allem wirklich Super. Ein toller Urlaub.

Perfekt für Gruppenurlaub
Wir waren zu neunt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pool, Tennisplatz mit Kunstrasen, Sommerküche die nun sogar verglast ist und eine Klimaanlage hat - was braucht man mehr? Die Vermieterin wohnt gegenüber und hat uns mehrfach mit selbstgemachtem Essen verwöhnt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Top Urlaub!
Der Aufenthalt war besser als erwartet. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter hat alle erwartungen übertroffen. Auf jegliche Fragen und wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Die Anlage ist perfekt für alle Urlaubsgruppen ob nur Familie mit Kindern oder Freunde, ist für jeden was dabei. Das Highlight des Anwesends ist die Outdoorküche.Der einzige Nachteil dabei, sind Abends die Mücken.

Großartige Unterkunft, perfekter Urlaub!
Es ist exakt wie beschrieben, die Gastgeberinnen sind ganz tolle Menschen mit überwältigender Gastfreundschaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch besser als auf den Bildern beschrieben. Klare Empfehlung! Für alle für die es relevant ist: der Tennisplatz ist Kunstrasen mit Granulat und wirklich sehr gut bespielbar.

What a find! Beautiful villa!
The photos don’t do the villa justice there is so much more to it- beautiful clean and very well equipped- Laura Ivana and family are lovely fun people who made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us - Ivana even went to the point of making and bringing pancakes one day and then traditional food on another which was beautifully cooked - We will certainly recommend to friends and hopefully return ourselves in the near future

Fabulous villa , would love to go back !
Owner is Ivana and her daughter is Laura . Laura was waiting for us when we arrived , she was really helpful and check in was straightforward , the standard of the villa was exceptional as was the cleanliness , better than the photos . We can not fault anything . We had an amazing time , Ivana is an amazing cook , she sent over pancakes which were amazing one evening , also fruit and veg were sent over to the villa twice . Laura was really helpful when I had a couple of queries about local transport and helped me book for a day trip. On the last evening we selected a meal to be cooked by Ivana which was just fabulous , I would highly recommend if you stay that you do the same . We did day trips to the rafting on the Cetina river and another to The Krka waterfalls - both an absolute must . I am already being nagged by the family to book a return trip .!!!!!

Klasse Haus mit einem super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter
Das fast neue Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Alles ist super gepflegt und war bei unser Ankunft absolut sauber. Die Aufteilung und die Ausstattung sind sehr modern und gemütlich. Insbesondere die Außenküche mit dem riesen Esstisch hatte es uns angetan. Somit konnte man wirklich den ganzen Tag draußen verbingen. Einmalig! Weitere Highlights sind natürlich der Tennisplatz und der große Pool mit Whirlpool. Das Objekt befindet sich rund 10 Autominuten von Omis entfernt. Da jedoch sowohl ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, als auch ein Cafe und eine Pizzeria direkt gegenüber liegen, sind alle täglichen Besorgungen fußläufig erreichbar. Neben Omis ist auch Split zeitnah zu erreichen. Wer ruhe sucht, der wird sie hier finden. Nun muss ich zuletzt noch einmal ein Sonderlob an die Vermieter-Familie aussprechen. Sie waren jederzeit freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Am letzten Abend hat Ivana sogar für uns ein typisch kroatisches Gericht gekocht. Leider hatten wir während eines Ausflüges einen Portmoneeverlust zu beklagen. Doch die ganze Familie Besic hat uns sofort unterstützt und bei der örtlichen Polizei vermittelt und übersetzt. Nur durch ihre Hilfe bekam unser Kollege ein Ersatzdokument und konnte ausreisen. Dafür an dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank :) Alles in allem ein klasse Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit herzlichen Vermieter. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kroatien fahren, dann wieder in dieses Haus. Liebe Grüße aus Minden!

My family have just spent a week in this beautiful villa. It's very spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped. The outside kitchen is amazing. The family were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and on the last night Ivana cooked us a beautiful meal. We would not hesitate in recommending Villa Delmati.

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern Vor Ort. Die Inhaber sind mehr als Freundlich und das Objekt befindet sich in einem Topzustand! Von der Inhaberin haben wir sogar zweimal frische Obst und Kuchen bekommen. Auch hatte diese einmal traditionell für uns alle gekocht. Sollte man einen Ausflug buchen, dann empfehlen wir über die Inhaberin die Boottour zu buchen. Von uns gibt es hier die Schulnote 1
