North Omaha Stay
Very quiet and peaceful. Susan and Tim are great people and are excellent hosts. She will go over all details with you at check in and are very close to the property if you have issues. Just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Will staying in the home I was working on a job site 4 minutes away and stayed for 2 weeks. Felt like home.

Second Time Home
This is the second time we have rented this property when we go to visit grandkids. With 2 different living areas to gather, it allows different activities to be enjoyed. Grocery shopping closeby which is very convenient.

Lovely Home and great location!
Very clean and the location was great. Easy to get on the interstate to get to anywhere in town with all of the necessities nearby! House had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Check in could be improved without a face to face. We would prefer a contactless check-in.

Warm welcome and comfortable stay
Our stay was BEYOND amazing! Susan was a wonderful host. Her home was lovely and the best decision made in renting for this trip to Nebraska from Texas.. We were able to relax, watch movies, chat, and eat meals together. None of this is ever possible with hotel stays. We appreciate her for opening her home to us. We truly enjoyed it.

Great location with a lot of space
Susan has an immaculate home and we could all spread out and relax in our own bedrooms but still be together for meals. This was a perfect location for us because the home was close to our family. Susan is very prompt to respond to any inquiries. She even provided coffee! Thanks for helping make our brief visit a great time!

Son's Wedding Weekend
We rented this house for our son and some of his wedding party; with significant others. The group had a great stay and enjoyed having a place they could relax and enjoy friends there for the weekend. We appreciate being able to rent a home where they were all together, and not several hotel rooms where they would be seperate, and then driving around to find a place to celebrate and hang out

Spotless
We had a girls weekend to attend a concert and chose this VRBO for the six of us. Susan's house was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Susan's attention to detail was greatly appreciated and she was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home with great amenities
The house was absolutely perfect for my group's short weekend stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the family rooms on the main floor and basement were great. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. We had a small BBQ and the grill, deck, and backyard were great. Susan was wonderful to work with and was very attentive to any needs that I may have had. Overall, the experience was definitely deserving of 5 Stars.

Perfect Spot in Omaha!
Our Omaha rental couldn't have been nicer. Susan rolled out the "Red Carpet," meeting us at the house with freshly baked cookies. The home had plenty of space, and we were able to park in the two car garage. It was conveniently located and close to points of interest. There was a wonderful deck, and back yard, I just wish the weather was a little better so that we could have enjoyed outside more. The house is set up so that you can enjoy each other's company without being too crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, and the ROKU TV gave us plenty of viewing choices. We couldn't have selected a better place to stay for our visit...

KNOW before you stay here - all facts here, folks
I am a true believer in giving an honest and open review for others – not at all to bash the owners, or hurt someone’s feelings. Transparency and trust, for me, is vital with Vacation Home Stays – for both the customers and the owner/leasing company. This all starts with how the home is being presented in the posting: PRO’s: Rooms were tidy / Host was very gracious with toiletries – so nice / Decent location / Bunkbed was fun for kids / 2 sitting areas to watch TV – came in handy with kids / Netflix in the house – what a treat! CON’s: Personal check-in and “How-To’s” with the owner not all necessary in my opinion / King size bed that was stated in the posting had small print next to it that we missed – it is a tremble bed, not a king-sized bed / The house is dated - I believe the ad stated that the house is new – maybe it was the wording? It’s an older home, folks / The house stays very hot in summer in the upper portion of the home. This is just by the design of an older home, as the A/C is down in the basement, and the bedrooms at the top where we slept were not comfortably cool until after 2am – even on the second day. Really dirty comforters/bed cover with fresh brown smear marks on one, and had a huge amount of mucus or some kind of discharge from a human body. Was truly grossed out, and I had to smell and check all of the covers in the house that we were using. The hard part was trying to make my daughters feel comfortable after seeing this. Lovely property - Intrusive Experience
I will start by saying that the property itself was lovely, in good condition, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the freeway, grocery, pharmacy, etc. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, which was appreciated. What I did not like was the extensive check in process which was done in person with the property owner. I have stayed at multiple vacation rental properties in the past, and have never actually met a property owner/manager in person, let alone to have had to spend 1 hour plus with them going over every detail of the home. Some people may appreciate the hands on approach, but I felt it was intrusive. The owner literally went through the entire book with us step by step, and made sure we understood all of the things that could break in the house if we didn't operate them properly (i.e. put the couch recliners down using the handle, the refrigerator door, the chairs on the deck-don't rock in them, the dining room table - don't put anything hot or cold on it that would make a white ring-use these trivets) and what it would cost if we did break them. You also have to remove your shoes before you enter the home. The owner stated that she had to do a lawn treatment and would probably be back the next day, but would text me first (she didn't come that I know of, but really?). The owner also pointed out that there was an already open bag of ice in the freezer left behind by someone, and that we could use it if needed. The next day, the owner texted and called me multiple times to find out if we were at the house because she needed to get that bag of ice. When I said "I don't think that will be possible-we are in the middle of our rental period", she became insistent that she had to have that ice. The property suited our needs fine, but I would not recommend it for anyone with small children. There are some toys which were nice for the visiting grand kids, but the worry of them breaking something in this house was too much for a repeat rental for us. For a family with teenagers or only adults, it would be great if you don't mind the rules and check in. We are a very respectful and clean family, but I honestly feel that if the owner is so concerned about maintaining the condition of the possessions in the home, she probably should not be in the vacation rental business.

Omaha visit.
Our host greeted us and gave us an informational tour of the property, a very helpful touch. The property was very clean, and host even indicated we could us the gas barbeque grill on the outside deck, however, we did not have time to use it on this trip, but I thought it was a very nice offer.

MeeMaw and Poppop visit with Grandkids
This house was very clean and well decorated. We had to move some things to keep them from our grandkids and there were closets to hide the delicate items from peering eyes. Our hostess was very responsive to our needs and gave us good recommendations on groceries, parks, and left some stuffed animals, toys, and even a gate for the kids. We enjoyed our stay in this friendly neighborhood.
