"Great location, surrounded by dining options in the Old Market. But, was awakened by fire alarm alert caused by a frozen water suppression pipe in the parking garage..didn't seem necessary to wake up the whole hotel for that..wasn't in main building..no fire..just water leak..."

"It was accommodating but I didn't like having a room so far away from the elevator since the hotel wasn't at full capacity. Also, the hallway leading to my room was warm then turnt cold near my room. Last but not least, I accidentally left my black Nike jacket in the closet of my room 247, but someone took it because they couldnt find it after housekeeping cleaned the room."
