I have pictures of the condition of my room. It was dirty. I expected better. This was supposed to be a slightly romantic getaway for a couple of nights and we could not even use the pool and hot tub because it was overrun with people drinking and children, screaming, and jumping in and out of the water. 930 at night and it was just packed! A minimum of eight kids in that hot tub and it was probably made for eight people’s tops. That doesn’t include the adults that we’re trying to squeeze in there.

When I stayed there last Oct, I rated a 5 star across the board! It was a great experience for my daughter and I. This time, as soon as i waled in, i could smell mold. Asked if they had problems with the pool, the staff said no. Ok, so i got my card and jumped on the elevator to the 2nd floor. Like a slap in the face, I selt Marijuana, it was heavy! Went to get my luggage and told the staff behind the counter. She said she has had other complaints about it and didnt know where it was coming from, she would go up and spray again. I went back up to my room to relax, the cable wasnt working. Called the front desk, and she came up and fixed it. All good for now. A couple hours later, i hear kids running down the halls. This went on till around midnight. Between the Marijuana and the kids running in the halls, i didnt get a good nights sleep. I woke up more tired than i went to bed. My eyes were swollen almost shut. I pack my bags, stopped for breakfast, which was horrible. Eggs over cooked, sausage under cooked, and the coffee was cold! Im in Bellevue 2-4 times a year. I will not use your hotel again! Thank GOD I didnt have my daughter with me this trip! I would like to be compensated for this last stay.

Nice day with a nice breakfast. One of the lower priced hotels in Bellevue, but overall a nice place to stay.

Not good first impression.
We arrived a little late. I noticed the gentleman helping me at the desk was not exactly professional looking. Dressed in some sort of sweat shirt. I know it was the overnight shift but still. After we were done with checking in and parking the car as we re-entered the lobby he was sprawled across the sofa watching a tv show laughing. Just thought it was not very professional.

Better than the double tree!
The room was more than I expected! We had a double queen and sofa bed. This room had Extra space usually the sofa bed in these types of rooms are squished against a wall. There was even a 2nd TV! So the kiddos had their own TV and Dad was able to watch his food network shows without the kiddos complaining. The breakfast was more than we thought too! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurts, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee. And this is the first hotel I’ve been to that has ever offered chocolate milk. These kids breathe chocolate milk so when I seen that was an option I was definitely stunned! The pool was open! Most hotels that I have booked in the last few years the pool is under maintenance or for whatever reason closed and I was surprised that it was open and in use. This will definitely be the hotel we choose when visiting family. This is better than the doubletree and cheaper too!!
