August 2024 Stay at Angler's Retreat on the Creek
We loved the tastefully-decorated and well-equipped house as well as the peace and quiet of the beautiful setting. The visits from a bald eagle and great blue heron were big pluses! The house is convenient to shopping, but totally private. We saw a couple of kayakers, and loads of birds; roses, daphne, and lavender were all in bloom. We highly recommend this property for those who want a restful vacation in one of the most beautiful states in the U.S.

Completely Amazing
Area was quiet. Home was spacious and had all the amenities our family needed. No AC, but that didn't matter. Ceiling fans provided more than adequate cooling.

Heaven
This rental is so lovely inside and out. Inside is spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to feed a hungry crowd. Bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty storage. Bathrooms are a good size with oodles of towels, soap, shampoo etc. And then there is the outdoors! From a huge deck you can watch a tidal stream flow by, see and hear numerous birds from dawn to dusk, and in the distance you can enjoy cows wandering their pasture. This is heaven!

Celebration of Life
A little shocked to learn that the "office" was an open area next to the front door and across for the bathroom. Felt a bit deceived when asked about where the other sleeping accommodations were located. Other than that the experience was very nice and comfortable. I would suggest that the renters NOT go there after dark first time as the street is easily missed, dark and winding. We nearly missed the house in the daylight. Super quiet and serene. Views were very nice.
