Clean and comfortable stay and so close to the beach!
The location and the place itself were perfect for a beach vacation for our family. Everything was clean, great space, and exactly as pictured. A short and easy walk to the beach and all attractions.

This is the second year we have stayed at the Daniel unit at JK rentals. Our daughter and her family stay in the adjacent unit. Unfortunately, they are outgrowing their unit so we'll be looking for something similar but bigger. We love the proximity to the beach and playland that these units offer. For the most part, we can park our car and not use it again until we leave thanks to the trolley system.

What a great way to commemorate our annual fishing trip. The property was located right in the thick of things, walking distance from the best that OOB had to offer. We lighter. There was a folder with maps and menus to point us in the right direction. The pictures of the unit don’t do it justice on how well lit and pleasant it is. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need; each bedroom had Roku TV. I would totally stay there again.

Wonderful stay!
This unit was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. I messaged Karen with a few questions and she immediately got back to us. The location is great. Not right on the beach, but close enough to walk (or super short drive) to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Sisters weekend
We’re 7 sisters getting together for 3 full days on the same weekend every year. This property was perfect for us. We rented all 3 units which worked out perfectly!! Very clean, we always had hot showers and plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking on site. Property was very close to the ocean, entertainment and food!! Each room had a wagon to use to transport our chairs and beach stuff which was awesome. Perfect Sistah’s weekend!!!

Fantastic stay! Beds are comfortable and lots of space for my family of 5. Full kitchen and refrigerator made the stay so much easier. Walked to beach and into town everyday. So close to everything! OOB memories
my husband and I had one unit and our daughter, her husband and 3 sons (7,4,2) had an adjacent unit. We were within walking distance to the pier and beach. Although the units were on the small side, they were clean and well appointed. The hosts were very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Our major concern/complaint were the mattresses but we've had bad mattresses in other settings too. Our grandchildren really liked the option of just dropping into our unit.

We had a blast, the unit was located close to everything you needed. If you wanted to stay parked you could have, amusements, entertainment, restaurants even a brewery are a stones throw away. I can’t wait to go back.

Great weekend stay
My husband, myself, and our 4 kids had a great long weekend stay. The condo is small and basic but has pretty much anything you’d need, the location was good for going to the arcade and rides, and it was a reasonable walk to the beach (the provided beach wagon was much appreciated). And having TVs with Rokus was another plus for us.

Perfect spot!
We walked everywhere from the condo, restaurants, pier, beach and shopping, never had to move the car. Adorably decorated, very clean and comfortable for 6 grownups (4 of them teenagers). Janet was a great host and we’d highly recommend their place. Hope to see you again in the future!

Great stay!
We loved this property’s location and that we could walk to the Pier and beach. The owners provide a beach wagon which made it convenient to bring all of our stuff. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Used the grill one night for dinner and used the full kitchen to make brownies for dessert. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place close to everything in downtown OOB.
Came to watch the UNE football team for their first game back after COVID. Listing was accurate, the place was excellent and the hosts were available and super friendly. We could walk everywhere we needed to in OOB. Had a great time and would definitely recommend! Thanks!!

Great little place, great owners
A clean, modern little condo in downtown OOB will all the amenities. Everything downtown is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient during the busy times. I can’t say enough about the owners. They went out of their way to help us out at the last minute. Karen and Janet truly care about their guests and it shows. We would gladly stay with them again.
