"Das hillside ist ein sauberes aparthotel. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit gewesen, wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, wenn man dem Personal bescheid gibt am nächsten Tag. Dann lässt man den zimmerschlüssel da und die zimmer werden gereinigt.aber wenn man mal selber saugen möchte kann man auch um den staubsauger bitten und selbst kurz durchsaugen. Hülya und Bülent sind sehr freundliche Betreiber des aparthotels. Einziger manko an unserem apartment...

"We have only a good experience in Villa Sonata. Hotel is located on the hill, so you can have great view to the city. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. We have booked a standard room and they give us much more bigger room with a lot of space, it was really nice, thank you! Totally recommend :) "

"This apartment complex is old and decaying in many areas. The rooms are a low price for a reason. Our room had broken light switch’s, balcony door handle that would fall off and could not be locked, wardrobe doors that would not slide and a side table so flimsy it would break if anything was placed on it. The rooms are small and says it caters for 4 guests, however was a double bed, a single bed and a small 2 seater couch that we received and extra pillow and sheet to put on when checking in....

"Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. Instead, they sent someone to put insect poison in our room, and he put the poison everywhere, including on our bags and our clothes. The room smelt like poison and we would breathe it. I immeditally contacted expedia support, cancelled this reservation, and left the hotel. If only they listened to me, and...
