"If you need to use a pullout bed, make sure you have extra sheets because when we unfolded the hideaway, there was dirty sheets left from the last customer (crumbs and all). They charge $25 a day for parking and you are only allowed to park on floors 4-7 in the parking garage with 1 elevator to the floor level to get into the hotel. "The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Our only complaint was breakfast. We went down at 9 and most of the food was gone, specifically the kids friendly options. We ended up spending more money at a restaurant just so my children could eat. "

"Hard to find, signage was poor and outside lighting was also not good. Comfortable bed. Room needed updating. Good breakfast. Staff were very nice! Close to the casino."

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
