On my way into my unit
Not happy at all with what I came into checked in between 7 -8 pm Management had all day to make sure this unit was clean. first all the place was not clean at Kitchen dirty dishes, countertops not wiped off single electric stove range was dirty and oily & sink , Living Room also not clean the entire unit was not sweeped not to mention the bathroom had facial hair all over the sink , cabinets, toilet the shower also very dirty not to mention the toilet was DISGUSTING imagine walking into that now walking into the bedroom where the bed was not made the dirty and disgusting sheet and also finding dirty personal clothing still in the bed. no clean towels and no clean sheets anywhere. I did reach out same day SENT PICTURES of what I found no contacted be until 4/1 around 8-9 pm to let me know that some can bring me clean towels and sheet I declined the offer bc it was late and I was checking out in the morning and there was no reason to bring them I went out and brought my own sheets it took me over a hour to clean the unit I had no choice but to stay in this dirty unit after a long day of moving out of my place and my new place was not going to be ready until the 4/3 so no choice but to clean the unit but it doesn't get better there was no cleaning supplies but dishwashing soap and windex and and after all that I was told I would get my cleaning fee refunded to me and 10% discount on my next stay that was a slap in face. I have no idea how often this happens but it does.
