"I liked the security, The carpet in the hallways was unique and fun to look at. The staff was happy and friendly right down to the cleaning crew. The doors where very heavy and caused a lot of noise when shutting. I know they have to be fireproof which makes them heavy but maybe something could be done to make them quieter when being shut. "

"Most of the staff were friendly. Nice location with easy access to the beach. Restaurant on site was a little too spendy. Breakfast could offer some changes with their offerings. Room was clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. Overall good experience."

"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach.
