"This property was amazing. Clean, well equipped, staff was excellent, property manager amazing. The way the apartments are listed on Expedia is confusing but I was able to choose my apartment when I arrived early due to the pictures on the website not aligning. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be booking again "

"When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."

"WARNING DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA. I am lucky I have stayed in some fantastic accommodation all around the world .This could be up there too except small details let it down. The Apartments are amazing ,large and spacious very well appointed.However the Vendor did not accept my booking on arrival and threatened eviction unless I paid nearly £500 more than the price I had already paid Expedia in local currency .The Security Bond was 3x higher than listed on the site ,again local currency not...

"This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay"

"The room and area was safe. Staff were very helpful. They helped do our laundry and clean the room when asked. We were given water and toilet paper; additional utensils too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property is nice. It has security anytime you want it to get in touch with the owner he was available . If we needed anything he always made sure we got it on time. The neighbors can be a pain sometimes complaining we was making too much noise. overall I would stay at the property again and again and again...."

"Property is as advertised and the host is excellent. Sunday provided some cool places to check out and the onsite security helped with arranging ubers and finding local eateries and shops. The flat was very clean and in walking distance to almost everything you would want. I would absolutely stay again. 5 star host."

"If you are one of the people that get the opportunity to lodge at this place, count yourself lucky. This place is beautiful, very spacious, secure and comfortable. The maintenance man, Juwon, is as hospitable as you can get in Lagos. The proprietor, Precious Eze, is a gem. I have nothing but great remarks to give."

"Well located . Not as busy as the Raddison next door . Feels homely and the staff are very friendly and accommodative . Only gripe I had was the positioning of the toilet next to the shower cubicle . Felt like and afterthought . Also the housekeeping staff kept forgetting to put a floor towel in my room . Also face towels are not provided in the room which would have been a good addition . Otherwise the property is in a great location in Ikeja and the buffet options were great as well as the friendliness of the staff"
