“Great boutique hotel in VGC. Good staff members.”

“The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking. The room and bathroom were inadequately cleaned: stained rug, dirty refrigerator, soap scum on shower glass, rusty shower faucet with low water pressure, a wobbly toilet,……

“The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. When something was wrong staff members responded fast to my needs. Moses was very kind and helpful. The hotel has good cleaners as well. However, breakfast was not so good as expected (buffet style dishes appear in the restaurant area, but it’s just for presentation).”

“They said they couldn't find our reservation , we woke up to the room door opened, the only thing keeping the door from being wide open was the lock chain. In the morning, they told us they had not received payment from hotels.com and they made us pay again. ”
