This property is as comfortable as it is cute!

My first experience with VRBO and this property could not have gone smoother. The unit is exactly as it appears and the contact was very responsive to my inquiries. The layout of the unit allows for comfort and privacy because they have thought of literally everything. I look forward to returning again to this unit and exploring the many excursions of the area. We booked in mid-September(Sun-Sat) which I recommend to enjoy a peaceful week.

Great place!

205 is lovely and welcoming. . A great impression from the minute you open the door. My boys and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The location was perfect, the accommodations were great, the size was just right for us four. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Very clean and close to the beach

The location was great, close to the beach, dunes and a nice playground for the children. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a great touch. There was a pass allowing beach access which was very convenient. If we are ever out that way again, we would have no hesitation about staying in 205! Thank you

Really nice condo near part and dunes

We stayed in #205 for 4 days with 2 kids and really enjoyed it. The place is conveniently located to visit nearby SLO, Pismo, and Avila Beach in central CA. I actually didn't realize that you can drive to the beach and was pleasantly surprised to find a free car pass that we used to drive all the way south to the dunes. Everything was working without problems and we like the place.

Very nice property

Inside is modern and very well appointed. Outside could use some sprucing up, mainly because of work on adjacent street, and lots of RV's parking temporarily on main street to clean up sand, etc. Unit is not as close to the beach as we were led to believe. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a relaxing stay by visiting other nearby beaches.

Perfect Property

205 was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a relaxing time at Oceano Beach. You can walk right down the street to the sand (this is a beach that is vehicle friendly), or drive a short distance to downtown Pismo. The extra touches of providing simple condiments, spices, and coffee/tea were really appreciated. The decor and quality of the linens makes it feel like a high-end hotel but with the convenience of a kitchen and completely personal space.

They've thought of everything.

This is one of the best appointed places I've stayed. I wanted my friend from Britain to see a bit of the Pacific Ocean and I couldn't have picked a better place. The bed(s) were so comfortable I'm going to contact the owners to see where they bought them. The owners were very available if there was a question about anything. They went top drawer on everything, lush linens, Starbucks coffee, extremely clean. I would stay here again. Oceano Beach is more for all terrain vehicles, but Pismo and Avila beach (my favorite) are a short distance. Congratulations to the owners, you've done an outstanding job. Margaret

Home away from home!! The rental at #205 was wonderful beyond words! Everything was perfect!

Great Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Everything looked new. The living room is charming, kitchen was clean and has everything you need in appliances, the beds and bedroom were very comfy. Plenty of parking was available during our stay. We felt the condo was in a convenient location with the beach, a small store and restaurant within walking distance. The charming town of Pismo is a short 5 minute drive. The owners provided good communication regarding arrangements and answered any questions I had before and during our stay; I really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again.
