Loved it so much we came back again!
My family and I stayed here in July and loved it so much we booked a long weekend again. The house was just as clean and welcoming as the first time we arrived. In the kitchen they added an air fryer and griddle which came in handy for heating things up and making pancakes! The pool was luckily still open, a bit cooler than last time but still wonderful. Kids got to enjoy swimming, crabbing and fishing every day and were in heaven. We discovered a little bay alcove by the kayak dock that the kids could walk into the bay and play in the water after dinner. The only issue we had was the toilet lid was never fastened back properly after being cleaned and popped off. Contacted property the Owner was very quick to respond so this was fixed in the same day. Needless to say, we will be back again as this property has so much to offer between walking trails, dock access to kayak, golf, pool, easy beach drive, restaurants (oceanview brewing company- highly recommend!) and more! Thank you for sharing your house with us again!

Beautiful condo!
This condo is not only beautiful but spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. This condo is very well maintained. The Views are beautiful. It's quiet yet close to nightlife, and the beach, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo. 5 stars for sure!

Quick getaway
Very clean house in a private community. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Back yard is the Indian River Bay that connects to the Atlantic Ocean. Did some kayaking- launched directly from community dock. Will be booking again

In town for a reunion. House was very clean and updated, WiFi was very fast and the views from the living room and porch were amazing. More affordable and luxurious than a hotel. Definitely recommend for your families stay.

Lovely stay in Bethany
The condo was a wonderful place to stay in Bethany - a few minutes by car to downtown, but in a neighborhood with awesome amenities like pool, hot tub, tennis courts. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Family Friendly Property
The home was decorated appropriately for a beach vacation vibe. The owner made sure the home was well stocked with all kitchen, bedding and outdoor necessities. The beds were comfortable and the bunked bed room provided space for kids of all ages. The property has many amenities from trails, golfing, sports courts and a pool. The location is close to the local beaches, shops and dinning. We had the best stay and are making plans to revisit.

Very relaxing stay on the bay. Closer than we thought to Bethany Beach
My family had a very relaxing stay. Ample space and newly updated home. Pool, hot tub and golf course was very nice and used multiple times while here. Amazing sunset views from living room and back porch. Will be vacationing here again!

Amazing bay view with sunsets.
My family loved that this home was so close to the golf club house/course, pool and boat launch. We brought our own kayaks and found it was very easy to get setup. Owners provide everything and more that one would need for their vacation. An added bonus was the close distance to Bethany Beach, restaurants and stores. Will be making this my yearly getaway for my family.

Beautiful condo!
We loved this condo! It’s beautifully decorated, excellent location, very clean and it’s quiet. We loved that all of the amenities were right across the street, beautiful pool and club house and tennis courts are right there. The owner is very interested in making sure that guests have a wonderful experience at their condo. Would definitely rent this one again!!!

First, let me start with the entrance to the place. Seeing the golf course, swimming pools, playground, basketball courts, etc leading up to the condo was awesome. The condo was very clean and spacious. I could tell that the owners put a lot time into the guests experience. The condo is five minutes from Giant and Weis markets so buying food for everyone was so easy. They have a full kitchen so making meals was a breeze. The beach is 10-12 minutes from the condo. It made it so easy to go often. We look forward to coming back again.
