"Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer...

"As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum."

"The unit has a really nice view of downtown and the pier. Cool view of the ferris wheel lit up at night. At first glance, the unit is nicely decorated. However, it needs to be refreshed - there are chunks missing out of the walls, things falling apart, ongoing water damage next to the tub. Maintenance from the building came by on the first morning of the stay to check on the kitchen sink because there was a massive leak happening to the unit below. "Location could not have been better or easier to walk into downtown at night for dinner and drinks. Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

"Cute little condo but seems to have unfinished ceiling that has been that way for years in living room and kitchen. It’s a bunk bed in the kids room, not two beds side by side. The pictures don’t really accurately represent the property. Beds were stiff. Overall I don’t think I’d rent it again but it was in a great location at least."

"I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The location was perfect, about 8 mins to walk to the center of OOB (Palace Playland) but quiet enough to enjoy the beach with plenty of space around you. The beach is across the street and a block up so easy to walk (even with my 4 and 1 year old) The condo itself is such a good size for families, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. "Condo was just as described. Patrick was very pleasant when we saw him. The condo was short of what should be included. Ice trays and pot for cooking were missing but Patrick provided when asked' There were no dish clothes for drying washed dishes and no bath mat to step on after shower (tile floor easy to slip on with wet feet). These were little things that Patrick should have provided. If you rent during hot days bring floor fan. There was one but two are needed."
