Relax and Enjoy!
We had a great week that went by way too quickly. The weather got off to a shaky start on Sunday, but improved daily and we never saw rain again until we were heading home on Saturday. The house was very comfortable and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. The pool was a big hit and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. We had not been to OIB in about 10 years, but I think we'll be back again very soon.

Amazing new home!
We just had the perfect beach week at the Submariner property! The house is brand new, perfect layout for multiple families, kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of storage, beautifully decorated. The outside areas are fantastic! We loved the pool with the outside bar and the top deck! Only suggestion for improvement would be to add another set of chairs to the upstairs roof top deck and a second fridge in the garage or pool bar for spare drinks/food. We will definitely look at renting this place again! Loved it.

House was beautiful. Private and spacious bath attached to every bedroom. Children loved having the pool. Well stocked and spacious kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Paradise
We were absolutely floored at the beauty and amenities that this property offered to us. We had an amazing vacation and absolutely did not want to leave. The house is gorgeous, the layout is spectacular for family time (the pool is AWESOME!), yet it offers privacy and separation with the rec room and bedrooms. Such a child friendly place (high chair and pack n play) with so much to do. The location could not be better—short 2 minute walk to beach access and a short stroll to the downtown amenities (park, splash pad, putt putt, arcade). The elevator made life so easy for carrying luggage and groceries. We absolutely loved this house. The welcome basket was a sweet touch that did not go unnoticed. The Submariner gets an A+++!

Incredible house in the best area
I couldnt believe how clean and new this property was. Its like we were the first people to stay there. The roof deck was fantastic and the pool area gets plenty of light. I absolutely loved hiw much outdoor furniture there was. Its so frustrating when you rent a house that has half as much outdoor seating as it could. Beach chairs were in the garage which was a huge bonus. All in all, everything was amazing. Super nice seemingly new construction property with a great layout. Multiple common areas people could chill in, great view from the roof, and super spacious. I'll keep trying to rent this property when i come to ocean isle.
