On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the laundry room. The first bedroom has stunning views of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, smart TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean views, equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, smart TV, while providing a private escape within the home.

The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting atmosphere, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large windows flood the interior with natural light and offer panoramic views of the surrounding coastal landscape. Sit back and enjoy the electric fireplace, and 65 inch smart TV. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar. In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.

If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old

No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
