The building is dilapidated and the room was small and none of the windows looked out on anything other than other buildings which made it feel claustrophobic. And I could hear someone coughing and someone else’s tv. It just felt run down and depressing even though there was an effort to make the room cheery. "Property location is great. Furniture and finishes are a little dated. Layout is good for one family or couple but wouldn't share, walk through the other sleeping are to leVe the bedroom. Place was Walkable to downtown, Asbury or the beach. Owner was verbally responsive to my issue but didn't actually fix it. Listed two beach badges and told me I'm financially responsible for them, but they were not there. Kept promising to run them over but never did , so I purchased daily badges twice...

"Our group enjoyed this renovated, spacious house by the ocean. The open first floor layout with modern kitchen and large center island was great for meals and socializing. There were plenty of bedrooms spread out over the second and third floors. The beach and boardwalk were a short two blocks away and small town center with stores and restaurants one block. Easy walk to Asbury, Bradley and Avon. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. "
