Idiots that can’t fix a dryer
We had no use of dryer.An issue you knew about prior to arrival.Your management refused to do anything about it.will never again stay at condo under your management.telling people to go use a laundry mat after spending alit of money is a joke

Good location / Need better cleaning company
Location was good , close to beach . Had a nice parking area for 2 cars. When we arrived at the unit , we first walked in and smelled nice and clean. I was excited to have a nice clean unit with a 1 year old learning to walk . But , The smell was deceiving …I think they just put some cleaner in the kitchen sink. The tub was gross , had mold and soap scum all over it. When walked in the unit with your bare feet , all you could feel is the sand on the floor. I’m just glad I brought my own bedding … When I pulled pack the blanket , you could tell someone slept in the sheets , had hair n body print where they laid . My sister had sand in her sheets . If the unit would have been properly cleaned it would have been nice. But was definitely not ! Spent 2 hours cleaning it myself upon arrival! The washer /dryer combo was also tiny .. could fit 3 towels in it . Hate to be negative, but I spent hours searching for a property with good reviews and looked cleaned due to having a young child , not to mention paying $3k for a property I had to end up cleaning myself! Just Disappointing!!!
