If you arrive after 5 p.m there is noone at the front desk to check you in you actually have to call the after hours number to get a code to be able to get your key card which is not ideal cause if there is an emergency or if you need assistance there is noone there to help you. I love that it was pet friendly as i was able to take my princess with me. The room itself was fine great view but the downfall was that the tv in the master bedroom would ahut off every2 minutes amd thats no exaggeration it was so frustrating i could watch tv. The hotel property itself needs work I was on the top floor and the balcony felt like it was gonna fall everytime you step on it. Its like the balcony is slanted it was scary walking through the balcony. Also be prepared to pay more for the pet fee it says $125 but when you get there its actually $138. What disappointed me the most and the reason i booked this hotel was for the heated indoor pool but that was not accurate the water was polarized cold no person can swim in that water and the jacuzzi doesnt even work which was another disappointment so me and my fanily couldn't even use the pool during our stay and then when you call the after hours number to ask about the pool and why its not heated they say they dont know. Lastly the checkout being at 10 a.m is too early. The fact that check in is at 5p.m which is late and then to have checkout at 10a.m that really needs to be changed.
