The staff are responsive and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view, and the pool and sauna area are such a wonderful relief after a long day of sightseeing. "Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, room not huge but big enough for all the time we were in it. Great location, you could walk to Berlin TV Tower & Alexanderplatz or if you prefer close to U Bahn. Great breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again "

"The rooms are modern and clean. I was solo travelling so having a compact room with a double bed and spacious bathroom with space to place toiletries was great. A safe is essential these days so it was great to have one that was easy to work and use. A fridge that can be switched on if you want to use it or left switched off if you don’t makes sense. "
