Was perfect but now is really bad
Stayed here many times, I cant imagine from perfect into very bad in only a year. Food left from previous tenant, fungus grow on door, broken lights, no more kitchenware, slime inside pool, dirty and wet floor, sofa heavily stained, air conditioner in first floor is not working properly, some previlages has been removed (buggy transport, tea break snack). Complained to manager (Sophie or Sonya, I couldnt remember) with no adequate response and no appology. Complained to front desk, and responded : "You are not the first guest that complained about the new management."
