「Very nice new hotel in Aswan. The views of the Nile are incredible and the rooftop restaurant is a great place to enjoy a coffee or dinner while watching the feluccas sail up and down the river. The property is brand new so some kinks are still being worked out, but I predict this place will be a fantastic stay in Aswan. The staff are incredibly friendly (they prepared us breakfast bags on the day we left) and were happy to help. Hotel can also arrange tours and taxis. 」

「地點很好，離亞斯文火車站很近（走5-10分鐘），櫃檯小姐讓我們能提早check in很不錯，飯店看不出來是2017年才落成的，給的房間景色不錯但冷氣壞掉，維修人員修了半小時還是沒冷氣才換房，換的房間等級有些落差，換到新房間，有兩個服務人員同時站在床頭折浴袍感覺很怪，不知是要小費還是房間尚未準備好。房間在照片上看起來跟實際有落差，有個很刺鼻的味道，不是很好聞，床單枕套也不是很乾淨（同行夥伴有嚴重過敏反應），浴室只有淋浴沒有蓮蓬頭不太方便，而且熱水忽冷忽熱，熱水需按一個開關，洗了一會兒冷水才問，應該提早告知。清潔的細節應再加強，地毯沙發椅子有非常多污漬有點噁心，因為訂的價格不算便宜，建議各方面都應該要提高標準。」
