"After I made the booking via Expedia, I got a welcome email from the hotel in French but the dates of my stay they mentioned where wrong (July 2019). "Hotel advised a shuttle would be there at 3am to bring me to hotel on arrival - but no shuttle. Property is fine overall, but needs a coat of paint to refresh it. Staff overall were doing their best with a smile. Important: they do not take credit cards, only cash."

"Simply dreadful. Dirty, broken, poor food, insouciant staff. Spent one miserable night suffering the noise from a massive party around the pool which went on to past 4am. Moved to another hotel the following day which felt like paradise by comparison "

"People are very kind and really try to give there best, but it sometime fall short. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!"

"I stayed for 10 days at the K. It is not a luxury accommodation, but totally fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a small shop nearby. I was able to order food from a small restaurant opposite the shop - delivered to my room. One of the staff took me to a gym and picked me up later, which was really nice. I stayed in the very hot season and the air conditioning can barely keep up with the heat - this is a problem I also had in other hotels in the...
