"The hotel was on the University of Nottingham campus. It was a mile from Beeston where my daughter is living. The rooms were excellent, the food was great and the price made it an extremely good value. I would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel, excellent service , used the WhatsApp service as we wanted an ice bucket, was with us within 5 mins. Lovely comfy bed and the air-conditioning worked a treat. Usually never properly work in other hotels."

"The experience we had was very positive. The man on reception was very efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. The room had everything we needed very clean a good size and the shower powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. "a very basic accommodation, the rooms are adequate and shower is hot. the area is safe and you have the lake to walk around. Bring snacks and drinks as difficult to get on site. my only real complaint is the walls in the single rooms are very thin. "
