"We stayed there during an ice storm and they accommodated us immediately when we reported that the room was a little chilly. Parking was convenient and they kept the lot plowed and salted. The restaurant is now closed but I hope it reopens one day because it was very good when I stayed there many years ago."

The only reason amenities only got four stars is because the restaurant closes way too early and we received a voucher for it that we couldn't use because it was closed the next day.
