"A fantastic hotel, in an area of national historical importance. The service from everyone there is fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel where you can take a walk. You may think some areas need further maintenence but the cost maintaining Victorian Gothic style building is frankly very difficult and should get Government grants. It really is an incredible place absolutely steeped in legend and history. "

Bathroom could do with a little more ventilation - signs of mould appearing on roof / in corners but overall clean. Good sized rooms, bed very comfey. Hotel easy to fine, good walking distance from Motorpoint arena - would definitely stay here again. "
