Brought our dog with us and the neighborhood was nice and quiet for our walks with beautiful photos of everyone by the water at the end of the street. "We loved our stay; the house is beautifully appointed and clearly made with love--and the view is gorgeous. The hosts thought of absolutely everything--including games, crafts materials, books and puzzles. Even our dog felt the love, with bowls and a basket of chew toys set out for him to explore. The upstairs loft is a perfect hideaway for kids, and the living room was a great space to relax, play games and read by the fire place. This place is really special. "

"The Cottage is a lovely place to stay. It’s little, but it’s clean (unlike many rentals), cute, charming, and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, secluded, and safe. I’ve stayed at many rentals, and Jason is far and away the most professional host I’ve ever worked with. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! Highly recommend."

"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "
