"Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

"We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers no designated parking space, so you must fin a public parking spot nearby. Can be tricky in daytime - Italians fight like cat and dogs over...

You can hike up to the castles and walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, and wine houses. Christian was very helpful and kind, and we hope to come back again and again!"

Beatrice was friendly and kind, the apartment was tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to every detail, down to candies, bottles of wine to welcome you, tea and coffee and books and games. The unit and building look like new, excellent construction, thoroughly clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pretty. I would definitely stay here again! Super accueil, et infrastructure top pour nous et les enfants: piscine privée chauffée, jacuzzi privé, babyfoot, tennis de table, balançoires, petit trampoline et jardin pour les enfants. "The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. "

"Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, especially thanks to the amazing customer service. A big shoutout to Ms. Louis—she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout our stay. Initially, we booked one room for two adults and our two teenagers, which came with one double bed and a sofa bed. The only issue? Our teens—a boy and a girl—don’t always get along (typical sibling stuff!), and one of them even volunteered to sleep on the floor to avoid conflict. When we mentioned this to Ms. Louis, she immediately looked into a solution for us. Despite it being a busy Saturday near Europa Park, she worked her magic and found us two rooms across from each other, each with twin beds for the kids. It only cost a little extra, and it was absolutely worth it. Her effort truly made a difference in our stay! The rooms were a good size, very clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel overall was well-maintained and welcoming. As for a couple of suggestions: the AC could be stronger—it was a bit weak, though we still slept comfortably. Also, having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room would be a nice touch, especially for late-night snackers like us. That said, we had no complaints at all. Thank you, Holiday Inn—we’ll definitely be back! "
