"right at the door step of USJ and the train station, very good. room was clean and large size, necessary amenities also provided. the only negative thing was the free wifi was very slow, speed was only 0.62mbps, couldn't even stream videos like youtube/disney. hotel inserted a note in the room stating there's a malfunction in their system. that's my complaint. "A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area. "

"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light.
