“Fint hotell, fint rom, romslig. Sprekker i noen fliser på bad. Hadde fått topp score om man kunne sjekke inn på hotell litt enklere. Måtte ha med fysisk legitimasjon, men bruker jo ikke det lenger. Ble litt ekstra styr, men ordnet seg etterhvert. Står vel at man skal ha det med, men jeg glemte det /samt tenkte det var litt gammeldags. ”

“Every so often, when the stars align, everything falls in to place. My first visit to Norway (Oslo) and the sun was breaking all records apparently. The hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent (though we subsequently had an issue with the Samsung TV), clean and well maintained. The views were great. “Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……
