“The staff was extremely friendly. The location was convenient. The room was simple and clean. No-frills but great price. The parking lot is very well lit at night, the only unfortunate thing is that even though there’s blackout curtains, you can still see the light shining on the edges of the curtains. There is a security gate so the location is extremely secure. Would stay there again.”

“Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)”

“The house is at great location (corner to grocery and restaurants) and with privacy, while the place is clean & tidy. My only reminder is to be aware of the additional charges before reservation. It is not noted anywhere but one small line at the policy.”

“this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. ”
