We LOVED our stay. Cozy, cool, everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and it was the perfect getaway for our family. We look forward to a return trip soon.

We loved the really old cabin. It was decorated nicely, had all the amenities we needed, and was located in a secluded area along the water. We brought our dog and 3 children, and had an amazing time playing board games, watching movies, making s’mores around the campfire, and hanging out down on the dock fishing and kayaking. We even rented a boat for the day and had access to the property from the water. We would definitely stay again!!

Petite, very rustic cabin on lake. All the amenities you would need for a nice stay with touches of U of A charm in the woods. Liked the dock, fully stocked kitchen, soft towels and responsive management team.

Our family has such a great time here. The home is lovely with so much character. We had a great time fishing and kayaking on the lake. Perfect for our weekend getaway. The entire process was easy and stress free.

We were in Tuscaloosa for my daughter's graduation. The highlight of the weekend was Buzzard's Roost! We had family over after graduation and enjoyed kayaking, had a bonfire, and the kids even swam. I cannot recommend this property enough! It was a slice of heaven on lake Tuscaloosa.
