"The Staff were very welcoming and very friendly . The valet parking is a bit pricey but worth it. Beds comfy and clean crisp sheets comfy pillows. It’s an older building but please try the Paris Baquette it’s the best !! Great restaurants museums etc Grant Park across the street walk to the Silver Bean . Went to a concert and had a fab weekend . "

"The property for the age was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issues I had was our room definitely had a smell. I did find an Airwick plug in behind the night stand and they also had an air freshener in the heater vent. So, they are trying to make the room smell better. I told them at check out, that I had no issues with the room itself except for the smell. The gentleman said, "yeah, I know. Sorry about that." Also I needed to do laundry while I was there. "We stayed for one night on a layover. Everything was great! The only issue was the housekeeping staff outside my room starting at 7 am all laughing and joking with each other. Otherwise, breakfast was great, front desk was great!"
