「The hotel and the area are amazing the rooms are nice and clean the first rooms hot tub didn’t work they made it right immediately and switched us rooms with a better view nice coffee shops and restaurants and shops near by overall very impressed came for my girlfriends birthday I’ll be coming back as long as the rooms don’t get to expensive 」

「We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. 」

「Tried a residence while we were here. Totally worth the extra money. Super spacious with kitchen and balcony. In residence laundry and ample closet space a plus. Soaking tub in primary bathroom was very luxurious. Great for families and longer stays. 」

「The curtains in the room could not be drawn up. The lights outside were on at night, and the next day dawned very early. For people with sleep disorders, it was impossible to sleep! We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight.
