"Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again"

"Hostel is all gender bathrooms which is ok but toilets has a smell of Pooh. Floors creek, rooms was clean, bed comfy and staff very helpful. Area was great, center of attraction to shopping, food, walking tours. "

"The Supernova was amazing! Loved the staff because they were so wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it highly if you are interested in spending time in Porto. Also liked that there was delicious food, coffee, and dessert’s available, definitely check it out!!"

"Hostel staff is friendly. Super location near metro stops Trindade. There have separate man and female toilets, showers also. Bed is comfortable and curtains make privacy. cleaning is very well i love to staying in this hostel. I will come again ❤❤"

"In general a good hostel. Staff friendly, nice kitchen etc. Unfortunately rooms are poorly spundproofed - you could heard almost everything. Also there was no closet or even a coat rack. Breakfast very basic - without any meat. "

"We had a private room with shared bathroom in the Rivoli Cinema Hostel for 3 nights. It is in walking distance to most of the sights, tours and supermarkets. The kitchen was well equiped, the shared bathrooms were clean and our room was comfortable. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but it is to be expected on this location.The staff was fun and very helpful. The cinema theme is everywhere, in all the small details! Great home base in Porto!"

"Very basic accommodations. The trade off is the cheap price and excellent location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Selina next door. It was nice that they included towels (many hostels charge a rental fee), but they were threadbare. The kitchen has no stove, only a microwave. And no luggage storage when you checkout (have to pay 2,50 per bag at their partner storage site next door). The hostel felt dark and damp. "7 minute walk from the train station, sort of midpoint between the station and the canal area, right by the shopping mall. Which makes this location walkable. Plenty of bars, cafes and eateries near by although I was there on Christmas eve and lest things were shutting down I got a takeout from the food court in the mall. "Wow, such a beautiful and historic hotel. We loved our accommodations, the location cannot be beat. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. "El hotel nos encantó, el personal muy amables ,siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades en todo momento y un hotel muy lindo y centrico , el desayuno magnifico. Si queria expilicar que pedimos un taxi para el aereopuerto desde el hotel para el 13 de enero a las 9y30 am y nos preocupó porque el taxita no puso el taxímetro y cuando llegamos al aereopuerto nos cobró 35 euros y no nos dio comprobante , no se si esto es correcto Quiero aclarar que el hotel no tiene que ver con esto solamente ellos nos solicitaron el taxi."
