“Just like the ad states, a cosy comfy place. Lovely decor, colour tones, furnishings - very welcoming. As we are light sleepers, the automatic air freshener machine disturbed our sleep as it continually activated t/o the night. Very clear instructions regarding directions, key code and other logistics given by the hosts who were very responsive and helpful.”

“It was close to arenas - easy to get to. Parking was tricky with 4 vehicles but manageable. Thought there was a hot tub but maybe meant the tub in the bathroom! Overall would book again!”

“I don’t want to sit here and slander a person for operating a business. However, I feel it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. The kitchen equipment and utensils I didn’t use because of the shape, oven didn’t work which I was informed of minutes before checking in, it wasn’t very clean with what looks like a burn mark on the carpet, and there is no soundproofing whatsoever, you can hear the person the next room over breathing. But, it did its job, not for me, wouldn’t stay again when people I……

“So grateful to Mike and Taina for providing our group with an amazing home away from home! Absolutely everything and more was provided. The suite is quiet and the area is perfect for us as our dog trial was 5 minutes away. We have stayed at Mike and Taina’s 4 times now and each time the accommodation could not be beat. So grateful that they were able to let us stay an extra night due to a snowstorm. We definitely will be back. Thanks so much!”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
