「Room was very clean」

「Room is big but very old, many bugs and mosquitoes. Shared bathroom is clean but needa wait for it especially in the morning. The night staff is very nice. There is a cat adopted by the staff which run into our room and cause allergies on us. This is not stated before and seriously disturbed our stay there. Be aware of did you pay for the ac, even you paid for it you still have to ask for the remote control. The location is closed to Milan Centrale station, abt 7-8 mins walking distance.」

「Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.」
